In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Support banquet operations by assisting with food preparation and serving as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Experience in banquet service is a plus, as well as any hotel or culinary experience. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
