It has has a very big balcony overlooking the swimming pool of the building. It is close to Lanitio school. All rooms have air conditioning. I am living in the apartment with my husky dog, so you need to be pet friendly. He is extremely quiet and friendly. Utility bills such as electricity, water and internet are additional. We can arrange to have a cleaning service to clean the apartment on a regular basis, otherwise we need to maintain it clean ourselves. Professional cleaners look after the communal area once a week. The bedroom can be rented out for shorter period of time, i.e. 3 or 6 months instead of a year. One Months Deposit is Required.
