You’ll play a key role in managing the sales team and delivering an exceptional client experience. √ Key Responsibilities ¬ Develop and implement departmental sales strategies to meet KPIs and revenue targets. ¬ Strengthen long-term client relationships through tailored service solutions. ¬ Identify new market opportunities and onboard high-potential clients. ¬ Oversee after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and quick resolution of issues. ¬ Support onboarding and training for new team members. ¬ Prepare sales reports and performance updates for the Branch Manager. ¬ Manage administrative functions including communications, scheduling, and documentation. √ Ideal Candidate Profile ¬ 3–5 years in sales or account management ¬ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills ¬ Detail-oriented with solid organizational and reporting abilities ¬ Proficient with CRM platforms and productivity tools ¬ Skilled in managing multiple client accounts ¬ Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage ¬ Experience in FX, Insurance, or related industries is a bonus Ready to Apply?
