ICan School is Hiring a Supervision Assistant (15:00–18:00) Purpose of the Role: To ensure the safety, well-being, and proper supervision of students during after-school activities and transitions, and to provide support to teachers and club leaders in the Extra Program. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Supervise students during after-school clubs, breaks, and transitions. - Ensure safety and compliance with school safeguarding procedures. - Support teachers and club leaders in managing groups and organizing activities. - Assist with attendance, distribution of materials, and preparation of classrooms/activity spaces. - Monitor student behavior, encourage positive interaction, and report concerns to the Head of Extra Program. - Provide assistance during special events (performances, trips, weekend activities). Act as a responsible and caring role model for students. Requirements - Previous experience working with children (in schools, camps, or clubs). - Strong responsibility and attention to student safety. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Patience, flexibility, and ability to manage groups of children. - Good knowledge of English (other languages such as Russian or Greek are an advantage). Working Conditions - Part-time role (15:00–18:00), according to the Extra Program schedule. - Occasional additional hours for events.
