Description :

ENGINO is seeking a Mechanical Designer with a strong interest in education to join our multidisciplinary team. This hybrid role combines mechanical design and prototyping with the development and delivery of STEM workshops for children aged 4–15, using the ENGINO system and Makerspace tools. Key Responsibilities: • Design and prototype mechanical models for educational kits using CAD tools such as Inventor. • Collaborate with R&D and electronics teams to integrate mechanical, coding, and digital tools into product solutions. • Develop and deliver hands-on STEM, Robotics, and Makerspace workshops and lesson plans for students aged 4–15. • Train educators and partners in using ENGINO products and methodology; support exhibitions and outreach events. • Collect feedback from teaching and events to improve products and educational content. Qualifications: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field. • Proficiency in CAD and experience in mechanical prototyping. • Experience or strong interest in teaching or mentoring children. • Team-oriented with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with Arduino, Micro:bit, or educational robotics is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Makerspace tools (e.g., 3D printers, laser cutters). • Basic programming skills (block-based or Python). • Fluency in Greek and English is a must. Work Conditions: • Full-time, based in Limassol. • Split between product development and workshop delivery.
