A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible to provide daily technical support depending on the breakdown and technical problems that will arise. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure quality upkeep of buildings, grounds, and functionality of systems Execute plumbing, electrical, mechanical and other maintenance jobs Coordinate with the maintenance team and report to higher-ups on progress Communicate with different Departments to comprehend what they want and to provide them with assistance Respond to emergency calls for maintenance Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy Solve anything from minor repair issues to major installations Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Maintains the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer. Requirements: Previous working experience of at least 4 years in a similar maintenance position High school diploma or equivalent or maintenance-related degree from a vocational school Fluent in Greek and English language Ability to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organised Benefits: Generous pay package with performance bonuses.
