Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Kitchen Chef to join our team at Sunrise Bar, Café & Grill. The ideal candidate will be confident in preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times. If You Are With a student visa you must have entered Cyprus to legally To Work before 1st December 2024! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including: • Traditional breakfasts • Cypriot cuisine • Freshly made burgers and grill items • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised kitchen environment at all times. • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard and within agreed time frames. • Follow and uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards in line with regulations. • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation. • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of- house team to deliver excellent customer service.
