Introduction The office is a lovely classical building located in the popular old town of Limassol, 100 meters away from the central library. The office is a few minutes’ walk from the main beachfront road and close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities. Being in the center of Limassol old town and close to the beachfront, it has good links to public transport and close to taxis and is within 1 hours drive to either of the two airports of the Republic of Cyprus located in Larnaca and Paphos. The office is made of three business suites, an open plan with a number of work stations, a conference and court yard with patio and an outside seating area. There is five allocated parking spots in the courtyard and two spots on the main street. Currently one business suite is available which can accommodate 3 people with 2 allocated parking spots. All our business suites and work stations are furnished and maintained to a high standard and provide for a pleasant and productive working environment. 2. Terms of occupation and services Tenants may take up occupation by simply completing the license agreement and paying the monthly license fee and two months deposit upfront. The minimum length of the lease is three months and maximum length is twelve months. Both parties to the lease agreement may end the tenancy by giving two months’ notice in writing. 3. Your monthly incense fee includes: • Rent and building insurance (excluding contents) • 24 hour access, 7 days a week • Standard company signage • Internet and telephone installation. Calls at your own cost • Air-condition, Lighting, heating, water and power • Facilities management • Repairs and maintenance of property (externally) • Cleaning of the common areas In addition to our business suites we offer work stations or customized virtual office packages for a monthly license fee that can be made up of the following services • Desk space • Business address • Own physical mail box • Internet and telephone installation • Physical mail collection and forwarding • Dedicated local telephone number, company voicemail and call forwarding • Standard company signage Customized information technology and telephony solutions can also be provided upon request..
